I’m Holly, the owner of Pine & Paper Closings, where I help busy realtors with transaction and listing coordination (and some other admin things because I’m weird and enjoy administrative duties LOL).
Before we dive into all things real estate, I’d love to tell you a little about myself and how this dream came to be.
My love for real estate began when my husband and I bought our first home. Going through the process was such an eye-opening experience—it showed me just how many moving parts go into buying and selling a house. I remember being so grateful for the people who helped guide us through it all, and that’s when I realized how much I’d love to be part of making the process easier for others.
With years of administrative experience (organization is my thing!), I’ve always loved managing the details, staying on top of deadlines, and making sure everything is just right. I’m here to take the weight off realtors’ shoulders by handling the behind-the-scenes work—keeping transactions on track, ensuring documents are complete, scheduling tasks, and more—so they can focus on what they do best.
For me, this isn’t just a business; it’s something I truly enjoy. There’s nothing better than helping realtors feel more organized, less stressed, and confident that every little detail is taken care of.
When I’m not working, I’m soaking up time with my family. I’m a wife, a proud mom to a sweet toddler, and a lover of all things cozy—give me a rainy day, a caramel iced coffee, and a good book, and I’m happy! I’m so lucky to be building this business while being present for my family, and I can’t wait to help others create the balance they need, too.
