Services
Pre-listing management

- Submit the commission request within the office system
- Send an introductory message to all involved parties
- Schedule all key appointments, such as appraisal, inspections, and closing
- Send deadline reminders per agent preference
- Coordinate signatures and manage necessary paperwork
- Conduct a preliminary file and document review
- Submit the file for compliance review within the office system
- Send the Commission Disbursement Authorization to the title company
- Distribute reports and final documents to all parties, including a complete document file for clients
- Close the transaction in the office system
- Send a closing message with congratulations and thanks to all parties
Buyer - Purchase Transaction
- Set up and close out the opportunity in the office system
- Open a title order
- Confirm Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) with escrow/title
- Collect HOA information (if purchasing into an HOA)
- Obtain a list of utilities & provide to the buyer
- Submit the commission request in the office system
- Send a welcome message to all parties
- Share necessary documents with the co-agent
- Configure the document management system (e.g., DocuSign, CTM, or DotLoop) with contact details, closer, lender, deadlines, and folders.
- Arrange essential appointments, including appraisal, inspections, and closing
- Send deadline reminders according to agent preferences
- Manage paperwork and gather signatures as needed
- Conduct an initial review of the file and documents
- Check with Lender for Clear to Close (CTC) Status
- Submit the file for compliance review in the office system
- Send the Commission Disbursement Authorization to the title company
